Timing Covers

 

 

Billet timing covers which allow you to run a cam driven fuel pump and or magneto.

Available for both standard and raised cam LS Engines.

We can configure many combinations to suit what ever your needs are.

We can set it up so an MSD mag sits behind the blower belt to keep everything compact for maximum radiator clearance.

Use with our billet crank hub for tight clearance applications.

Billet timing cover with built in crank support. 

Internal bearing support help reduce crankshaft flex. Its compact design easily fits in any vehicle.

Comes with special 4140 crank hub with dual keyway.

Crank Hub

  

Our billet 4140 crank hubs are dual keywayed and super strong.

Great for tight clearanced engine bays to keep the pulleys as short as possible.

Will move water pump belt in approx 30mm from standard. Custom alternator position will need to be done.

Note, registor for pulley location in 2.250"

Crank Pinning Kit

Due to the extra forces applied to the crank hub or balancer from driving the supercharger you must add keys or pins to your crankshaft to stop the hub or balancer spinning.

All of our crank hubs and Heavy Duty Balancers come with a dual keyway .

To fit keyways to your crankshaft requires the crank to be removed from the engine .

To overcome this process we have pinning kits which allows you to drill 2 holes in the crankshaft to easily allow fitment of pins which will then locate in the hub or balancer to avoid spinning.

Machined from solid billets of alloy, come with billet oil cap and have baffled breathers. $750

 Blower Manifold

Our low profile blower manifold is great for when you want to keep the blower as low as possible. 

At only 85mm tall it is one of the lowest.

Made from billet aluminium and no welding this manifold is super strong and awesome looking.

Comes with spring type burst panel, blow off plate style extra.

Holley Hi Ram Manifold adaptor plate

  

This plate easily bolts straight to a Holley Hi Ram manifold, no welding required.

Crank Supports

Adding a blower to your engine increases the upward stresses on your crankshaft end snout.

If you are intending on punishing your LS engine you need to strengthen it with one of our crank supports.

Our crank supports cradle the balancer and pulley and support it by tying it all back to the block with a heavy duty bearing and spigot.

Fits with standard alternator brackets and water pump.

You get everything needed to bolt this straight on.

Mechanical Fuel Pump Belt drive

This bracket allows you to solidly mount a mechanical fuel pump to an LS engine.

It bolts to the block were the factory air conditioning pump position.

Pump is located under water pump neck and has sufficient clearance for hoses etc coming off the pump.

Pump is also low and close to the block for maximum chassis clearance.

It will work with or without our crank support.

  

Comes complete with everything including belt, drive pulleys and all bolts.

Adjustable in and out to easily align with balancer.

Blower pulleys and drives.

  

We can supply you with all the pulley's, brackets, belt, adaptors, balancer and snout that you will need to drive your blown LS. We keep all these in stock and know what sizes and lengths work for LS engines. We can even work out what overdrive/underdrive you need to get a desired boost or HP.

  

  

Blower Balancer.

Dual keyway steel balancer to suit blower applications is a must as the extra torque on the crankshaft balancer key is a weak point. Using two keys solves this issue.

Also the standard cast iron balancers can crack.

Adaptor Spacer.

The adaptor spacer allows you to fit your blower pulley to the balancer.

Positions blower pulley only 5mm forward of water pump belt.

Comes with bolts required.
